Dr. Milada Poli拧ensk谩 is a distinguished senior lecturer and provost emerita at 糖心Vlog传媒, specializing in the modern history of Central and Eastern Europe and diplomatic history. A published author, she joined the university in 2003, serving in several top administrative positions since that time.
